Sales and Returns Policy

A 50% down payment is required once a billing invoice is created.
The remaining balance is due at completion to schedule a pickup.
Listed prices do not include tax.

Orders are requested to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure
availability of stock or be subject to additional fees.

Base Late Charges:
Rush – $25+ – Needed in 5 business days
Urgent – $65+ – Needed in 4 business days
Emergency – $$$ – Needed in 3 business days or less

Mumtasy specializes in personalized, custom-made creations. Refunds may only be requested before work on your order has begun. Once the design process has started, all sales are final, and payments are nonrefundable.
We strive to bring your vision to life through our initial consultation, detailed order selections, and custom craftsmanship. Specific adjustments may be requested in accordance with our order modification policies; additional fees may apply.
Final payment is required upon completion and before pickup can be scheduled. Preliminary, progress, and final-product photographs are not provided for customer approval before pickup.
